Fees
The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the estimated fees involved.
INSURANCE
Due to the unique nature of our specialty practice and the advanced kinds of cases we treat, it is not possible for us to accept insurance in lieu of payment. Therefore, it is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment. We will, however, submit your insurance claim on your behalf to your insurance carrier so that you may obtain any reimbursements due you. Most claims are made electronically and are reimbursed to you within a few weeks.
IN NETWORK vs OUT OF NETWORK REIMBURSEMENT
Some patients believe that since we are not in network with an insurance company, they will not be able to benefit from their insurance at all. This is generally not the case! Many insurance plans reimburse the patient the same amount for in-network versus out of network providers. If there is a difference, the reimbursement is usually 10%-20% less for out of network.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash, as well as CareCredit financing.
Care Credit
We accept CareCredit, which is a health and wellness credit card with flexible financing options so you can pay over time for care you want or need. Your CareCredit amount and options are subject to credit approval, and you will need to apply prior to your treatment visit.
